2025 English Gymnastics Championships
The English Gymnastics Championships are set to take place on Saturday, February 28 with notable stars like Max Whitlock, Jake Jarman, Luke Whitehouse, and Harry Hepworth competing. This competition will serve as a selection event for the Commonwealth Games and the European Championships.
The Competition will begin at 6:46 pm GMT/1:46 pm ET/ 10:46 am PT.

NCAA
Last week Army beat Simpson’s 303.200 with a 303.350. This was a season best for Simpson. The remaining NCAA teams were on a bye while many athletes were competing at Winter Cup. This week, NCAA competition is back in full swing for Week 8. |
February 28 at 1:00 pm ET: Greenville, Navy, and Illinois |
Greenville and Navy will be traveling to take on the Illini at home. Illinois has a score advantage, but the fight between Navy and Greenville should be close. These two are battling it out for the top spot in the ECAC. Currently, Navy has a score advantage on Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, and High Bar. Army and William & Mary will be traveling to Ohio State. Ohio State is the clear favorite to win, currently sitting at fifth in the NCAA. Week 8 will finish off with Springfield at Penn State. Penn State is the favorite to win here, sitting at sixth in the NCAA. This will be a great meet for Rings between Penn State’s Matthew Underhill and Luke Esparo, ranked 5th and 6th respectively, and Springfield’s Blaise Rousseau, ranked 11th. If Rousseau can break into the top ten, he’ll be the only ECAC athlete ranked in the top ten on the event.
