Zhang Boheng Wins Third National All-Around Title

Zhang Boheng won his third national Chinese all-around title ahead of 2024 Chinese all-around champion, Shi Cong and 2021 World still rings champion, Lan Xingyu. Zhang despite needing to downgrade due to ongoing injuries.
In interviews with the media, Zhang Bohen spoke about his injuries, choosing to downgrade, and his feelings on the new code of points.
"I can only make do with my neck. I feel really rigid around my collar, so it's difficult for me to look down at all. During parallel bars, I had to swing with my head raised, which wasn't comfortable. "
"With the condition of my injury, and once I saw on the leaderboard after parallel bars, that I could afford to water down my hbar routine, I took out some of the more difficult skills and played it safe.
"I'm optimistic about what I've been doing so far. what's important for me now, not only for me, for all MAGs around the world, is how to get higher scores under the new code of points."
