2026 NCAA Schedule Week 5 (February 6 - 8)

How to Watch and Follow

February 5, 2026

In Week 4, Oklahoma had the highest team score, Penn State bested Illinois in their rematch, and Michigan became the third team to crack 320.000 this season. Looking forward to Week 5, we have exciting match-ups on Pommel Horse and Rings, a head-to-head between teams currently ranked fifth and sixth in the NCAA, and the time-honored Army/Navy face-off at the Star Meet.

Illinois vs. Michigan

February 7 at 1:00 pm ET: Michigan at Illinois

This weekend, Michigan will take on Illinois. The most exciting match-up will be between the current top two Pommel Horse workers Aaronson Mansberger (Michigan) and Brandon Dang (Illinois). Mansberger currently holds the highest score on the apparatus, but Dang’s track record in both NCAA and Elite competition can’t be ruled out.

Cal & Simpson @ Greenville

Cal and Simpson will be competing at Greenville this weekend. Cal is poised to take the day, but Greenville will be looking to get back on top of the ECAC after Navy overtook them in standings last weekend. Some key routines for this meet will be Cal’s Jasper Smith-Gordon on Vault and Theodor Roald Gadderud on Parallel Bars, as well as Greenville’s Jaxon Clapper on Parallel Bars.

Army and Navy at the Star Meet

February 7 at 2:00 pm ET:

Army and Navy will be facing off head-to-head this weekend. The Army/Navy sports rivalry is a time-honored tradition. Army has only competed twice this season, so it’s hard to know exactly what to expect. However, their high score this season is just over three points behind Navy’s. Could they come away with the win?

Penn State at Nebraska

February 7 at 5:00 pm ET: Penn State at Nebraska

Penn State will be taking on Nebraska this weekend. This should be a very close match-up as these teams are currently ranked fifth and sixth in the NCAA, respectively. Between Nebraska’s Asher Cohen and Penn State’s Luke Esparo and Matthew Underhill, the Rings rotation is sure to be particularly exciting. And coming off of his career high 14.5 on Vault, Nebraska’s Luke James is one to watch.

Air Force and Ohio State at Oklahoma

February 7 at 7:00 pm ET:

To close out the weekend, Air Force and Ohio State will be traveling to Oklahoma. Oklahoma is favored to win the meet. That said, Ohio State is still score-building and Air Force has only competed once in this season. Some key events to look out for are Ohio State's Jesse Pakele on Floor and Oklahoma’s Ignacio Yockers on Pommel Horse, Nathan Roman on Parallel Bars, and Kelton Christiansen on High Bar.
