2025 European Championships Roster
Who's Competing in Leipzig

April 24, 2025
The 2025 European Gymnastics Championships are set to take place in Leipzig, Germany at the end of May. The nominative roster was released on April 28, 2025 and can be found here. The nominative roster is not the list of final/confirmed teams as often athletes are replaced at the last minute due to injury or lack of preparedness; however, it does give spectators a good idea of who to expect.
Notably missing from the nominative roster are 2024 Olympic Champion, Rhys McClenaghan (IRL) and 2023 World Champion, Lukas Dauser. McClenaghan just finished a stint on Dancing with the Stars and has been honest about the difficulties of returning to training post-Olympic Games. [UPDATE: Rhys McClenaghan confirmed injury on his instagram] Dauser has previously stated that he wished to finish out his career in Germany and has been regularly posting training videos.
To date, only three teams have officially confirmed their roster: Great Britain, France, Finland and Switzerland (last updated May 9). Each team is allowed to field a team of five competitors plus one additional individual.
